On the morning of August 15th, several sanitation workers were cleaning fruit rubbish bins in the Licun shopping district, wiping and rinsing with exceptional care. This is part of Arlau Company's ongoing "Renewal and Clean Bins" garbage container renewal program.
- According to reports, this "Renewal and Clean Bins" campaign consists of three phases. First, a comprehensive cleaning of garbage containers in Licang District begins. Containers are manually rinsed to remove surface stains. Areas with significant oil and odor contamination are scrubbed with brushes, and crevices and corners are carefully cleaned with brushes to ensure no residual dirt remains. High-pressure washing equipment is also used to remove stubborn stains on the exterior of the garbage bins and surrounding contaminated road surfaces.
The second phase involves maintenance and management of the garbage containers. Inspections and repairs are performed to check for damage, looseness, and other issues. Damaged components are repaired or replaced to ensure proper operation. The location of the garbage containers is adjusted and adjusted based on actual needs. The third step is to renovate the exterior of garbage containers, promptly updating and replacing them. Damaged and irreparable containers should be promptly replaced. If the classification labels on garbage containers are unclear, the labels should be updated promptly to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Reporters learned that as part of this "Renovation and Clean Bins" campaign, Arlau has also established a flushing schedule, conducting a weekly, full-coverage deep flush of all garbage bins under its jurisdiction. In addition to daily cleaning, fruit peel bins are wiped twice daily. While promptly cleaning the areas surrounding garbage containers, a maintenance mechanism has been established, with regular inspections of garbage containers under its jurisdiction to identify and dispose of any issues promptly, ensuring the effective implementation of the "Renovation and Clean Bins" campaign.
