Arlau's "Clean Bins" campaign in Licang District consisted of three phases: comprehensive manual and high-pressure cleaning, bin inspection/repair, and cosmetic renovation. Results included the cleaning of over 400 bins and over 50 maintenance and replacements. A weekly flushing schedule ensured continuous cleaning, improving the hygiene and aesthetics of public spaces.
