This heavy duty picnic table is built as one unit: a mesh tabletop with bench seats down both sides, fixed to a single steel frame rather than supplied as separate pieces. Because the seats belong to that frame, nothing shifts or works loose under daily public use, and people step in from the side instead of climbing over a fixed bench. Length, finish, colour and anchoring are agreed when you order, so one table family suits anything from a small paved pad to a long shelter run. The tables are built to stay outside through every season.
The tabletop is expanded steel mesh, and the open surface lets rain run straight through instead of pooling where it would stain or freeze. The frame is welded steel pipe, galvanized inside and out — the inside of the tube is usually the first place an outdoor frame gives way. There is no timber anywhere in the build, so nothing splinters, rots or needs refinishing, and the frame keeps its strength even if the coating is scratched. Frames are welded and prepared at our picnic table factory before they go through coating, so the top, seats and frame arrive matched as one build.
